Cheryl founded Clarity Marketing Organization (CMO) to achieve a specific goal: help growth-oriented healthcare technology companies achieve their goals with highly effective and efficient marketing programs. Often, start-up, small and midsize companies don't have a marketing leader to determine and implement strategic programs. CMO has been designed to provide the resources companies need, without the overhead and expense of full time marketing executive leadership.

Cheryl has over 20 years' experience leading marketing for healthcare technology organizations. She is an innovative executive with a history of success developing world-class marketing strategies and branding campaigns to drive growth, penetrate markets, increase market share and overcome obstacles impacting company profitability. Cheryl is a strong communicator adept at leveraging client relationships to create marketing plans and programs that drive thought leadership and market growth. She's a strategic leader with expertise in developing high-performance teams.

Kristin Snow - Senior Consultant, Brand & Content Strategy

A former director of marketing & education programs in the healthcare supply chain industry, and a current healthcare marketing consultant, Kristin builds healthcare-related companies and non-profits into successful organizations through creative branding and strategic communications.

In her more than 20 years of experience, Kristin has hired and managed multi-level creative, marketing and communications teams to support the rigorous demands of sales and development needs. She is able to assess resources, optimize skills and processes, and give creative guidance that empowers marketing teams to be their best. Kristin has also created far-reaching corporate and non-profit education programs, serving the needs of up to 18,000 learners.

Susan Ganey - Senior Consultant, BI, Analytics, Data Science & Marketing/Sales Alignment

Susan has vast experience in quantifying, gathering and managing critical data and intelligence for the purpose of framing out the technical architecture required to build sound ROI and value analysis tools across various industries. Susan is able to demonstrate validated and meaningful analytics, along with specific areas of savings, to current and prospective customers. In healthcare, Susan has an in-depth understanding that suppliers and providers who automate their purchasing and streamline additional business processes can improve patient quality outcomes.


Susan's experience in healthcare comes full circle and spans 15 + years with experience ranging from hands-on patient care, healthcare billing, claim adjudication, reimbursement analysis, and supply chain analysis, in addition to managing marketing efforts and account management for GPOs in a 250M plus annual portfolio. Susan is a recognized thought leader in healthcare technology and supply chain management in addition to her subject matter expertise in complex account management.

Megan Rees, PR, Media Relations and Social Media Consultant

Megan has seven years of experience managing public relations for major non-profit and public relations organizations. Prior to moving to consulting, she supported communications and public relations efforts on behalf of various high-profile clients for a full service DBE, WBE and SBE certified PR, marketing and graphic design firm, as well as for the largest animal welfare organization in the Rocky Mountain region. She is adept as an on-air media presence, and serves as the Clarity team's PR communications and social media strategist. 

Megan is an Emmy Award-winning video producer. She holds a BA in Journalism, Technical Communication and Public Relations from Colorado State University.

Lauren Boland, Newsletter and Blog Content Consultant

Lauren has 20+ years of experience in medical marketing communications, with the last 12 years in consulting. She has worked for large medical device companies such as GE Healthcare, and healthcare technology organizations such as GHX. For Clarity, Lauren's focus is creating compelling customer communications in the form of newsletters and blogs as well as the development of case studies that reflect customer success.

Lauren holds a BA from Drew University in English Literature and Language.
